We’re back with our brand new outdoor classes!
We’re Back!
After three months of lockdown we are very excited to be launching our new outdoor classes throughout July. Our classes will be a combination of Acting, Dancing and Singing and as such running as a mini-academy session. We hope these sessions will help prepare students for a full return to classes in September, give them enough time to really be challenged and also not too long outdoors in the sunshine.
We have worked very hard to put everything in place, all our staff have under gone Covid-19 Prevention training, our venues have been hand picked to ensure we have the best facilities for the students and we can follow all the government guidelines and safe practices. Here are a few key points:
- All classes will be held outdoors
- There will be a maximum of 5 children per member of staff. (6 per bubble to meet current government guidelines)
- Students will be asked to maintain a 1 metre social distance at all times.
- During class social distancing will be enforced, below outlines some of our plans to do this in each class:
- ‘Sports Marks’ or ‘Spots’ will be used as a way for the students to stay socially distanced, they will be clear indicators for the students on where to stand and how to stay distant.
- The teacher and assistants will maintain a 2 metre distance at the front of class wherever possible, no physical contact will be made between teachers and students.
- All students will be allocated their own area that will be arranged by the teacher before entering the class. Students should all face the same way
- On arrival each student will be asked to use Hand Sanitising Gel on entering the class.
- Classes will be available via our online portal on a first come first served basis from Monday 29th June.
Our online classes will continue to run throughout the summer and provide students who are unable to return to physical classes the chance to keep up with their performing arts. Both our online and physical classes are open to all, you do not need to be an existing student to take part. Full terms, conditions and safeguarding details will be provided on registration if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

“I love Centre Stage. There’s no other way to say it. They have encouraged me to be the best version of myself that I can be, and they have made me the person I am today. It’s always a fun and happy atmosphere and everyone is so caring. I’m happy and proud to be part of the Centre Stage family”
